Fried bananas with coconut

  1. 2 tbsp. coconut oil

  2. 2 tbsp. Langnese Bee Easy Wild Lavender Blossom Honey

  3. 2 tsp. cinnamon

  4. 4 bananas, sliced

  5. Coconut cream to serve

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a pan with the honey and cinnamon.

  2. Add the banana slices and cook them for 1-2 minutes on each side.

  3. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle some coconut cream on top.
