Millet flapjacks with lemon yoghurt

Ingredients

  1. 160 g millet

  2. 50 ml milk

  3. 1 pinch salt

  4. 3 eggs

  5. 4 tbsp. Langnese Golden Clear Honey

  6. 5 tbsp. flour

  7. 2 appels

  8. 2 tbsp. oil for frying

  9. For the lemon yoghurt:

  10. 500 g yoghurt

  11. Juice of ½-1 lemon

  12. 3 tbsp. Langnese Golden Clear Honey

Preparation

  1. Cook the millet according to the packaging instructions and mix with the milk, salt, eggs, honey and flour.

  2. Peel core and grate the apple, then add to the millet batter.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan, form the millet dough into flapjacks and fry them until golden brown.

  4. For the lemon yoghurt, mix the yoghurt, lemon juice and honey until smooth and serve with the pancakes.
