  • Decoration: anise stars or small cinnamon stick

Ingredients

  1. 4 cl bourbon whiskey

  2. 2,5 cl fresh lemon juice

  3. 1 cl hazelnut syrup

  4. 1 cinnamon stick

  5. 2 cl Langnese Bee Easy Wild Blossom Honey

Preparation

  1. Crush the cinnamon stick with a mortar and pestle and add all ingredients to a shaker.

  2. Shake well with ice cubes and strain the cocktail into a martini glass without the ice cubes.
