Indonesian Roasted Chicken


Ingredients
500gr Chicken fillet
Seasoning:
2 cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon Coriander
2 Candlenut
Salt, to taste
Basting Sauce:
Langnese Golden Clear Honey
Soy Sauce
Accompanying Sauce:
5 buah Chilli
5 siung Red Onion
50ml Soy Sauce
100ml Langnese Golden Clear Honey
Garnish:
Lime
Picked Vegetables
Bahan
500gr Ayam Filet
Bumbu:
2 siung Bawang Putih
1 sdm Ketumbar
2 Kemiri
Garam
Saus Oles:
Madu Langnese Golden Clear
Kecap Asin
Saus pendamping:
5 buah Cabe Rawit
5 siung Bawang Merah
50ml Kecap Asin
100ml Madu Langnese Golden Clear
Garnish:
Jeruk Limau

Preparation
1. Mix together the ingredients for the seasoning. Cover the chicken fillet with the seasoning. Let marinate for 1-3 hours.
2. Heat a grill pan and add oil. Grill the chicken until cooked through and browned, whilst basting it with a mixture of soy sauce and Langnese Golden Clear Honey.
3. For the accompanying sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
4. Serve the chicken with the accompanying sauce, lime and pickled vegetables.Resep
1. Haluskan bahan bumbu dan balurkan pada ayam. Diamkan untuk 1 (satu) sampai 3 (tiga) jam.
2. Panaskan panggangan dan oleskan minyak. Panggang ayam sambil oles sesekali dengan cam-puran madu dan kecap asin hingga matang dan kecoklatan.
3. Untuk saus pendamping, campurkan madu Golden Clear dengan kecap asin. Tambahkan bawang merah dan cabe rawit yang sudah dipotong.
4. Sajikan ayam dengen saus pendamping, jeruk limau dan acar.
