Ingredients

  1. 500gr Chicken fillet

  2. Seasoning:

  3. 2 cloves Garlic

  4. 1 tablespoon Coriander

  5. 2 Candlenut

  6. Salt, to taste

  7. Basting Sauce:

  8. Langnese Golden Clear Honey

  9. Soy Sauce

  10. Accompanying Sauce:

  11. 5 buah Chilli

  12. 5 siung Red Onion

  13. 50ml Soy Sauce

  14. 100ml Langnese Golden Clear Honey

  15. Garnish:

  16. Lime

  17. Picked Vegetables

  18. Bahan

  19. 500gr Ayam Filet

  20. Bumbu:

  21. 2 siung Bawang Putih

  22. 1 sdm Ketumbar

  23. 2 Kemiri

  24. Garam

  25. Saus Oles:

  26. Madu Langnese Golden Clear

  27. Kecap Asin

  28. Saus pendamping:

  29. 5 buah Cabe Rawit

  30. 5 siung Bawang Merah

  31. 50ml Kecap Asin

  32. 100ml Madu Langnese Golden Clear

  33. Garnish:

  34. Jeruk Limau

  35. Acar

Preparation

  1. 1. Mix together the ingredients for the seasoning. Cover the chicken fillet with the seasoning. Let marinate for 1-3 hours.
    2. Heat a grill pan and add oil. Grill the chicken until cooked through and browned, whilst basting it with a mixture of soy sauce and Langnese Golden Clear Honey.
    3. For the accompanying sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
    4. Serve the chicken with the accompanying sauce, lime and pickled vegetables.

  2. Resep
    1. Haluskan bahan bumbu dan balurkan pada ayam. Diamkan untuk 1 (satu) sampai 3 (tiga) jam.
    2. Panaskan panggangan dan oleskan minyak. Panggang ayam sambil oles sesekali dengan cam-puran madu dan kecap asin hingga matang dan kecoklatan.
    3. Untuk saus pendamping, campurkan madu Golden Clear dengan kecap asin. Tambahkan bawang merah dan cabe rawit yang sudah dipotong.
    4. Sajikan ayam dengen saus pendamping, jeruk limau dan acar.
