
Bakso dengan Saus Madu
Meatballs in Honey Sauce


Ingredients
Meatballs:
250gr Minced Beef
250gr Minced Chicken
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 teaspoon Rosemary
3 teaspoon Salt
Saus Madu:
1 Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
3 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Salt, to taste
2 sticks Cinnamon
8 butir Cardamom
100ml Langnese Black Forest Honey
Bahan
Baso:
250gr Daging Sapi Cincang
250gr Daging Ayam Cincang
2 siung Bawang Putih, dicincang
2 sdt Rosemary
3 sdt Garam
Saus Madu:
1 Bawang Bombay, dipotong dadu
2 siung Bawang Putih, dicincang
4 sdm Kecap Asin
3 sdm Ketchup Tomat
1 sdm Balsamic Vinegar
Garam, secukupnya
2 batang kecil Kayumanis
8 butir Kapulaga
100ml Madu Langnese Black Forest
Preparation
1. Mix the ingredients for the meatballs together in a bowl. Shape into spheres and leave to the side.
2. To make the honey sauce, heat some oil in a pot. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add the garlic and mix together.
3. Add the balsamic vinegar, tomato sauce, soy sauce and water into the pot.
4. Add the cardamom and cinnamon.
5. Mix some flour with water until there are no lumps. Add a few tablespoons to the sauce to thicken it.
6. Cook until the sauce has thickened. Turn the heat off and add the Langnese Black Forest honey.
7. Add the meatballs into the sauce. Cook the meatballs through.
8. Serve the meatballs in a bowl with the sauce.Resep
1. Campurkan bahan baso dan aduk rata. Bentuk bulat.
2. Panaskan minyak dalam pan, masukan bawang bombay hingga harum dan transparan, masukkan bawang putih dan aduk.
3. Masukkan balsamic vinegar, saus tomat, kecap asin dan air.
4. Masukkan kapulaga dan kayumanis.
5. Sementara itu dalam mangkok kecil aduk terigu dengan sedikit air, aduk rata dan masukkan be-berapa sendok makan ke dalam masakan supaya agak kental.
6. Setelah saus sudah mulai mengental, kecilkan api, masukkan madu Langnese Black Forest.
7. Masukkan baso satu persatu kedalam saus. Masak hingga matang sempurna.
8. Sajikan didalam mangkok.
