Ingredients

  1. 50g Sago Pearls

  2. 50 Hunkwee Flour (Mung bean flour or starch)

  3. 500ml Coconut Milk

  4. 70ml Langnese Golden Clear Honey

  5. Langnese Bee Easy Lavender Honey

  6. Salt, to taste

  7. 3 Pandan Leaves

  8. Bahan

  9. 50g Sagu Mutiara

  10. 50g Tepung Hunkwee

  11. 500ml Santan

  12. 70ml Madu Langnese Golden Clear

  13. Madu Langnese Bee Easy Lavender

  14. Garam secukupnya

  15. 3 lembar Daun Pandan

Preparation

  1. 1. Boil the sago pearls for 30 minutes until they have turned translucent.
    2. Pour some of the coconut milk into a pan and heat it up on a low heat with the pandan leaves. In the meantime, mix the remaining coconut milk with the Hunkwe flour until there are no lumps left. Add the Hunkwee mixture into the pan.
    3. Cook until thickened.
    4. Turn off the stove and add the Langnese Golden Clear honey. Mix well.
    5. Add the sago pearls and mix well. Let it set in any shape desired. Once set, drizzle with a bit of Langnese Bee Easy Lavender honey.

  2. Resep
    1. Rebus sagu mutiara selama 30 menit hingga transparan.
    2. Hangatkan sebagian santan dalam panci dengan lembaran pandan. Sementara, sebagian yang lain diaduk dengan hunkwee sampai rata. Masukkan campuran hunkwee ke dalam panci yang berisi santan.
    3. Masak hingga mengental.
    4. Matikan kompor, lalu tuang madu Langnese Golden Clear. Aduk rata.
    5. Masukkan sagu mutiara dan aduk kembali. Siap dibentuk sesuai selera. Sajikan dengan madu Langnese Bee Easy Lavender.
