Coconut Berry Popsicles

  1. 300 g mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)

  2. 4 tbsp. Langnese Bee Easy Wild Flower Honey

  3. 250 ml (1 cup) coconut water


  1. Chop the berries into even size pieces then place them in a bowl and drizzle the honey over. Pour over the coconut water and leave to macerate in the fridge for 2 hours.

  2. Using a fork, remove the berries from the bowl and divide them evenly into the popsicle mould.

  3. Transfer the liquid to a jug and carefully pour it over the berries.

  4. Insert the sticks and freeze for 1-2 hours.
