Coconut Berry Popsicles
Chop the berries into even size pieces then place them in a bowl and drizzle the honey over. Pour over the coconut water and leave to macerate in the fridge for 2 hours.
Using a fork, remove the berries from the bowl and divide them evenly into the popsicle mould.
Transfer the liquid to a jug and carefully pour it over the berries.
Insert the sticks and freeze for 1-2 hours.
