Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise, brush them with the Wild Flower Honey and roll them in the flaked almonds.
Fry them in hot butter until golden brown. For the dip, crush the cheese with a fork and mix it with the Wild Flower Honey and crème fraiche.
Drizzle honey on the dip if desired and serve with the fried bananas.
