Baked goat cheese on apples

Ingredients
1 tart apple (about 175 g)
Grease for the baking pan
2 stalks rosemary
Pepper
4 slices of goat cheese roll of 75 g each
3 tbsp Langnese Finest Acacia Blossom Honey
1/2 head lettuce (e.g. endive or oak leaf)
3 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1-2 tsp mustard
Salt
Preparation
Wash and core the apple; cut it into 4 slices of equal size. Lay it into a greased baking pan. Chop the rosemary, sprinkle half of it over the apple slices and pepper lightly.
Lay the cheese slices on top, sprinkle the remaining rosemary over them and pepper them, then drizzle 2 tbsp of honey over the top. Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 10 minutes at 150°C.
Meanwhile, clean and tear the lettuce. Mix the remaining honey with the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, add the salad and toss. Separate onto four plates. Arrange one apple slice with cheese on each plate.
