Honey muffins

Preparation
Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Mix the butter in a second bowl until creamy. Slowly stir in the honey, eggs, orange zest and juice and yoghurt. Then blend this briefly into the flour mixture. Do not over-mix; the batter should be lumpy. Place paper muffin cups in a 12-muffin baking tray. Distribute the batter evenly among the cups.
Bake the muffins in an oven preheated to 200°C (Gas: level 3-4, convection: 180°C) for about 25-30 minutes. Let the muffins cool. Mix the icing sugar with 2-3 tablespoons of water. Brush the icing onto the muffins and decorate them with Smarties®.
