Preparation
Beat the eggs in a bowl then add the honey, vanilla, butter, almonds, breadcrumbs and baking powder and beat well to combine.
Pour the batter into the cake tin lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the syrup by cooking the honey and water in a small saucepan, bring to the boil for 2-3 minutes then add the orange blossom water and stir.
Pour the syrup over the khobz Tounes while still hot then let it cool completely before cutting.
