Mango Lassi Verrines
Remove the cardamom seeds from the pods and crush lightly using a pestle and mortar.
In a large bowl, whisk the whipping cream until softly whipped and starting to hold its shape. Stir in the yogurt and continue to whisk until slightly thickened.
Add the lime juice and zest, crushed cardamom seeds and honey into the yogurt and cream mixture and fold together with a rubber spatula.
Add the mango puree and fold it with the spatula
Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and serve decorated with strips of dried mango.
