Ingredients

  1. 5 cl tequila blanco

  2. 2,5 cl fresh lime juice

  3. 3 sprigs of lemon balm

  4. 3 cl Langnese Bee Easy Wild Flower Honey

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients into a shaker and briefly crush the lemon balm with a pestle.

  2. Add lots of ice and shake then strain into a cocktail glass.
