Oatmeal with honey and caramelized pears

  1. 80 g Langnese Bee Easy Wild Flower Honey

  2. 2 pears

  3. 100 g rolled oats

  4. 400 ml oat milk

  5. 2 tsp ground ginger

  6. ½ tsp vanilla extract

  7. pumpkin seed (for serving)

  8. pumpkin seed oil (for serving)


  1. Utensils
    1 pot, 1 whisk, cutting board, knife, 1 frying pan, 1 rubber spatula

  2. 100 g rolled oats – 400 ml oat milk – 40 g Langnese Bee Easy Wild Flower Honey – 2 tsp ground ginger – ½ tsp vanilla extract

    Add rolled oats and oat milk to a pot and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. As soon as the mixture starts to thicken, add half of the honey, ground ginger, and vanilla extract. Keep warm.

  3. 2 pears – 40 g Langnese Bee Easy Wild Flower Honey

    Halve and deseed pears. In a frying pan, heat the remaining honey, until starting to bubble and caramelize. Add pear halves to the frying pan, cut-side down, and allow to slightly brown, then flip and toss in the honey.

  4. pumpkin seed (for serving) – pumpkin seed oil (for serving)

    Serve the warm oatmeal with caramelized pears, pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin seed oil. Enjoy!
