Bee Easy fruit salad

  1. 4 tbsp lemon juice

  2. 3 tbsp Langnese Bee Easy Wild Flower Honey

  3. 400 g mixed seasonal fruit (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, apples, bananas etc.)

  4. 300 g yoghurt


  1. Mix the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey in a bowl. Wash all the fruit, hull the strawberries and cut large ones in half, quarter and core the apple, then cut it into smaller pieces, peel the bananas and slice them into diagonal pieces. Put all the fruit into a mixing bowl and marinate it in the honey and lemon juice for about 5 minutes.

  2. Arrange the fruit in serving bowls. Mix the remaining honey into the yoghurt and add a large dollop to each bowl of fruit salad.
