Pomegranate granita

  1. 2 cups of pomegranate juice

  2. Juice of 1 lime

  3. 2 tbsp. Langnese Bee Easy Wild Lavender Blossom Honey

  4. 4 tsp. pomegranate seeds for garnish

  5. A few mint leaves for garnish


  1. Mix everything together and transfer to a freezing container and freeze for one hour, then mix with a fork and return the container to the freezer and repeat this process twice.

  2. Serve into individual cups and sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds on top for garnish.
