Vanilla custard with blueberries

  1. 300 g blueberries

  2. 5 tbsp. Langnese White Honey

  3. 125 ml (½ cup) whipping cream

  4. 200 g white chocolate

  5. 300 g (1⅓ cups) cream cheese

  6. 1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped out


  1. Mix the blueberries with 3 tbsp. honey, cover and set aside in the fridge.

  2. Place the cream and chocolate over a water bath until the chocolate has completely melted.

  3. Add the cream cheese, the remaining 2 tbsp. of honey and vanilla seeds in a food processor and beat until combined.

  4. Add the chocolate mixture and beat until combined then cover and chill for at least 1 hour in the fridge.

  5. To serve alternate between the cream and the blueberries into individual cups.
