80 g Langnese Bee Easy Wild Flower Honey
2 pears
100 g rolled oats
400 ml oat milk
2 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp vanilla extract
pumpkin seed (for serving)
pumpkin seed oil (for serving))
Utensils: 1 pot, 1 whisk, cutting board, knife, 1 frying pan, 1 rubber spatula

Add rolled oats and oat milk to a pot and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. As soon as the mixture starts to thicken, add half of the honey, ground ginger, and vanilla extract. Keep warm.

Halve and deseed pears. In a frying pan, heat the remaining honey, until starting to bubble and caramelize. Add pear halves to the frying pan, cut-side down, and allow to slightly brown, then flip and toss in the honey.

Serve the warm oatmeal with caramelized pears, pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin seed oil. Enjoy!
