Granola Bars with Pistachio

and Langnese Bee Easy Wildflower Honey

Ingredients for 10 servings

 

  • 100 g unsalted pistachios (shelled)
  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 30 g chopped almonds
  • 20 g shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 60 g coconut oil or neutral oil
  • 150 g Langnese Bee Easy Wildflower Honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground vanilla

Preparation

Preheat to 155 °C (fan) / 310 °F and line a baking tin with parchment paper.

Roughly chop the pistachios and combine them with the oats, chopped almonds, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

In a saucepan, melt the oil with Langnese Bee Easy Wildflower Honey and ground vanilla over medium heat. Let simmer gently for 1–2 minutes, then pour over the dry ingredients. Stir well to combine. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared tin using a spoon or spatula. Optionally, lightly score into bar shapes with a knife.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely, then cut into about 10 equal bars.
