Peel and chop the ginger. Add ginger, Langnese Golden Clear Honey, lemon juice, turmeric, pepper, and water to a blender. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve if desired.

Pour the liquid evenly into silicone ice cube trays and freeze for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Dissolve one frozen cube in a cup of hot or cold water and stir well.
