Our new Langnese Pure Manuka Honey is a dark monofloral honey, harvested by bees from the precious nectar of New Zealand’s native Manuka trees. The six to eight meters high Manuka tree blooms only a few months per year. During this time, bees collect the nectar from the white Manuka blossoms. Our Langnese Pure Manuka Honey features an MGO (Methylglyoxal) content of 400+ – much higher than in other honeys. Manuka honey
comes from the nectar of the tea tree, better known as the Manuka tree, which grows exclusively in New Zealand and parts of Australia. The six- to eight-metre-tall Manuka tree blooms for a few months each year. The bees collect the nectar from the white to reddish flowers.
Long tradition
