Honeyed pistachios



  1. 225 g unsalted pistachios

  2. 3 tbsp. Langnese Bee Easy Wild Lavender Blossom Honey

  3. 2 tbsp. water

  4. 1½ tbsp. orange blossom water

  5. 1 tbsp. sesame oil

  6. 1 tsp. cinnamon

  7. ½ tsp. ground cardamom


  1. Spread the pistachios onto a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.

  2. Place all the other ingredients in a pan over medium heat and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.

  3. Add the roasted pistachios and cook until all the liquid has been absorbed.

  4. Transfer the pistachios onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for another 5 minutes.

  5. Leave to cool before transferring onto a serving dish.
