Ingredients

  1. 50gr Hunkwee Flour

  2. 50gr Tapioka Flour

  3. 500ml Water

  4. Sugar Sauce:

  5. 200ml Langnese Bee Easy Wild Flower Honey

  6. Coconut Sauce:

  7. 300ml Coconut Milk

  8. Salt

  9. Pandan Leaves

  10. Bahan

  11. 50gr Tepung Hunkwee

  12. 50gr Tepung Sagu Tani

  13. 500ml Air

  14. Bahan saus gula:

  15. 200ml Madu Langnese Bee Easy Wild Flower Honey

  16. Bahan kuah santan:

  17. 300ml Santan

  18. Garam

  19. Daun Pandan

Preparation

  1. 1. Prepare a non-stick baking pan. Cover it with a layer of clingfilm.
    2. Add all the ingredients for the selendang mayang into a bowl and mix well. Divide the batter into 3 (three) separate containers. Add a few drops of green food colouring into one batter, and red food colouring into another. Leave the last batter in its original colour (white).
    3. Cook the batter with red food colouring on a low heat until it starts to bubble and looks translucent. Pour the batter into the layered baking pan.
    4. Cook the batter without any food colouring on a low heat until it starts to bubble and looks translu-cent. Pour the batter into the layered baking pan over the cooked red batter.
    5. Cook the batter with green food colouring on a low heat until it starts to bubble and looks translu-cent. Pour the batter into the layered baking pan over the cooked white batter.
    6. Leave the selandang mayang to set in the baking pan.
    7. Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the sugar sauce and cook on a low heat until it starts to boil. Take it off the heat and leave it to the side.
    8. Mix the ingredients for the coconut sauce and cook on a separate pan until it boils, stirring constant-ly. Take it off the heat and take the pandan leaves out of the sauce. Leave the sauce to the side.
    8. Take the selendang mayang from the baking pan and cut into desired shapes.
    9. Arrange the cut selendang mayang in a glass. Pour both the coconut sauce and Langnese Golden Clear honey over the selendang mayang. Serve warm or with ice.

  2. Resep
    1. Siapkan wadah tahan panas dan alasi dengan plastik.
    2. Campur bahan selendang mayang dan aduk sampai merata. Bagi adonan 3 bagian lalu beri satu bagian warna hijau, satu bagian warna merah, dan biarkan satu bagiannya tetap berwarna putih.
    3. Masak adonan warna merah dengan api kecil sambil terus diaduk hingga meletup-letup dan adonan terlihat jadi transparant. Tuang ke dalam loyang.
    4. Masak adonan warna putih dengan api kecil sambil terus diaduk hingga meletup-letup dan adonan terlihat jadi transparant. Tuang ke dalam loyang di atas adonan merah.
    5. Masak adonan warna hijau dengan api kecil sambil terus diaduk hingga meletup-letup dan adonan terlihat jadi transparant. Tuang ke dalam loyang di atas adonan putih.
    6. Diamkan dan biarkan memadat.
    7. Untuk kuah santan, masak semua bahan kuah santan hingga mendidih sambil terus diaduk-aduk. Angkat dan sisihkan.
    8. Keluarkan selendang mayang dari wadah dan potong sesuai selera.
    9. Tata selendang mayang dalam gelas, tuang kuah santan dan madu Langnese Golden Clear. Sajikan hangat atau ditambah es.
