Langnese Honey –

Our Manuka with Black Forest Honey combines two carefully selected premium honeys and is preferably enjoyed pure.
Runny nose, dry throat? Now we need something that does the body and mind good. In a natural way. These recipes with honey have a beneficial effect during the cold season.
Ginger and honey drink: peel and finely chop some fresh ginger and let it steep together with fennel tea according to the instructions on the packaging. Leave it to cool until lukewarm and then sip it with a spoonful of Langnese Honey. It is just as delicious and soothing to pour hot but not boiling water on ginger and freshly squeezed lemon juice and refine everything with a spoonful of Langnese Honey.
Onion drink: peel and slice a few large onions. Simmer in one litre of water for one hour and pour through a sieve. Leave to cool to below 40 degrees. Add 250 g of Langnese Honey. Slowly drink one liqueur glass every hour.
Radish shot: hollow out one large, black radish. Finely grate the removed contents, mix with Langnese Honey, pour back into the radish and leave to stand. The honey will draw out the juice. Slowly allow a tablespoon of the mixture to melt in your mouth every two to three hours. Make a new mixture each day.
Cracked lips, dry skin? A natural home remedy does the trick: the high sugar content in honey locks moisture into the skin in a natural way. Simply apply Langnese Honey to the affected areas and the brittle skin will quickly regain its suppleness.
Whether tangy cheese, hearty roasts or flavoursome quiche, Langnese Honey quite simply turns savoury dishes into culinary delights. Naturally delicious!
