1. Introduction

The Langnese Honey Winter Competition (hereinafter referred to as “The Competition”) is organized by Langnese Honig GmbH & Co. KG, referred to as “Langnese Honey Arabia.” The Competition will run across Langnese Honey Arabia’s social media platforms and designated microsite. By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry Period

The promotional period begins on January 6, 2025, and ends on February 16, 2025. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

The Competition is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia (KSA) who are 18 years or older.
Employees of Langnese Honey Arabia, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in organizing or judging the Competition are not eligible to participate.

4. How to enter

Participants can enter by:

  1. Clicking on the promotional ad or scanning a QR code, which will redirect them to the microsite landing page.
  2. Answering two multiple-choice questions, where participants get the chance to repeat in case they don’t get the answer right from the beginning, ensuring maximum participation.
  3. Registering with their full legal name, country of residence, phone number, and email address.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. Selection of Winners

Two winners will be selected at random

  1. One (1) winner from UAE.
  2. One (1) winner from KSA.

Eligible entries will be included in a random draw. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at registration. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, Langnese Honey Arabia reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Prize Details

Each winner will receive a staycation package for two (2) people as follows:

  • KSA Winner: A 2-night, 3-day stay at AlUla.
  • UAE Winner: A 2-night, 3-day stay at Bab Al Shams.

Included in the Package:

  • Accommodation.
  • Meals and selected activities as outlined by the respective resort packages.

Exclusions:

  • Transportation to and from the staycation venue.
  • Any additional services, activities, or charges incurred during the stay are the responsibility of the winners.

Stay dates are as follows:

  • AlUla, KSA: March 7–9, 2025.
  • Bab Al Shams, UAE: March 1–3, 2025.

7. General Conditions

  1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
  2. Langnese Honey Arabia reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition and these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  3. Langnese Honey Arabia is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or any injuries or incidents occurring during the stay.

8. Privacy

By participating in the Competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information by Langnese Honey Arabia for:

  • Administering the Competition.
  • Notifying winners.
  • Promoting future campaigns.

Retention Period: Data will be stored for up to 6 months after the Competition ends unless required otherwise by law.

Participants have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or update their personal data.
  • Request the deletion of their data after the Competition ends.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

9. Liability

Langnese Honey Arabia assumes no liability for:

  • Direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from participation or the use of the staycation package.
  • Injuries or issues experienced by winners or their guests during the stay.

Winners and their guests must adhere to safety protocols and venue regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE and KSA, depending on the participant’s country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction.
