  • 120 g rolled oats
  • 9 soft dates
  • 1 tsp matcha powder 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp Langnese Manuka Honey
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1-2 tbsp water

For coating:

  • shredded coconut

Place oats, pitted dates, matcha powder, chia seeds, and salt into a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Add Langnese Manuka Honey and almond butter and blend again so that the mixture becomes well combined. If the mixture is too dry or crumbly, gradually add 1–2 tbsp of water until it becomes slightly sticky.

With your hands, shape the mixture into small balls (yields approx. 18). Roll each ball in shredded coconut until fully coated.

Place the balls on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving or store in an airtight container and enjoy within a few days.
