Oriental Marinade
with Langnese Black Forest Honey

- 2 garlic cloves
- 15 g fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Langnese Black Forest Honey
- 75 ml olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp raspberries el-hanout
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
For coating and serving:
- steaks (or meat of your choice)
- Langnese Black Forest Honey

Peel the garlic and ginger. Add them together with Langnese Black Forest Honey, olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, Ras el-Hanout, salt, pepper, and coriander leaves to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Coat the steaks (or other meat) evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2–5 hours. Grill the steak on both sides for 1–2 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preference. Serve the steaks with Langnese Black Forest Honey.
