  • 300 g frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Langnese Manuka Honey
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 500 ml almond milk (or milk of your choice)

For topping:

  • plain yogurt
  • fresh blueberries

Add the frozen blueberries, Langnese Manuka Honey, bananas, chia seeds, and almond milk to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with plain yogurt and fresh blueberries. Serve immediately.
